Premium taps are manufactured from 4% vanadium CPM-M4 steel. The spiral
flute taps are for tapping blind-holes and will draw chips out of
the hole. Taps have the CNC neck which is smaller than conventional
taps to allow for better coolant flow to the teeth of the tap. Taps
are designed for tougher, more abrasive materials up to 35 Rc. |
