Premium taps are manufactured from 4% vanadium CPM-M4 steel. The taps
have the CNC neck which is smaller than conventional taps to allow
for better coolant flow to the teeth of the tap. The spiral point
pushes chips ahead, and are ideal for through-hole tapping. Taps are
designed for tougher, more abrasive materials up to 35 Rc. |
